Specialist B2B market research company Circle Research has promoted Graeme Cade (pictured, left) and Chris Wells (pictured, right) to the company’s Management Board, where they join managing directors Beth Pearson and Andrew Dalglish, chairman David Willan and financial controller Lynda Welch.
“We’ve seen double-digit turnover growth in each of the last five years and have invested heavily in people and systems to support this,” commented Beth Pearson. “Promoting Graeme and Chris to the management team was the natural next step – they’re both highly talented, bring a fresh perspective and increase management bandwidth to help drive the next stage of growth.”
Cade joined Circle in 2013 from industrial consulting firm Strategic Analytics and holds a degree from Cambridge University. He is a finalist in the Best Newcomer category (for researchers under 30) at the 2016 MRS Awards. Wells joined Circle in 2010, previously living in France to perfect his language skills and studying at the University of Warwick.
Graeme Cade said: “Circle Research is built on the principal of challenging the status quo and helping clients achieve results in the way that is right for them, not simply by adopting accepted practices. This means that no two days are the same as the business continues to uncover new strategies and shape the market research industry, something both Chris and I are delighted to play a role in.”
