The Software Bureau has made a new senior appointment with the hiring of Ian Bastick as Head of Support.
Bastick joins from BKT where he headed up the data and personalisation department. Many of the team at The Software Bureau have worked with him in the past as he was an integral part of the DPS Direct Mail team that developed Cygnus 15 years ago.
His responsibilities include leading The Software Bureau’s client support services to ensure new customers receive a seamless transition to its solutions and existing clients experience exemplary customer service. Bastick will be reporting into Mark Dobson, Client Services Director. This appointment also sees John Rice, currently Client Services Manager, being promoted into a lead development role.
