Webgains gets positive vibes from sex toy firm

Sex toy retailer Lovehoney has moved its affiliate programme over to performance marketing company Webgains, as part of its new focus to reach out to and convert new customers.

Lovehoney will utilise Webgains’ new Powerfeed technology to enhance its publisher relationships and to help its team use the affiliate channel more strategically.

Webgains CEO, Richard Dennys, said: “There’s huge demand for adult toys and, as the market has steadily become more mainstream, brands like Lovehoney have been able to use the affiliate channel to really push their brand message. We’re looking forward to working closely with the Lovehoney team in their objective to expand their customer base.”

Catherine Dunn, Lovehoney’s affiliate manager added: “As a brand we’ve hit a new stage in our journey and it’s important for us to have a network that can support our growth. We’re excited about what’s in store over the coming months, especially seeing the programme mature further.”
